Terms and Conditions
- All guests stay at Accommodation Hawke’ Bay Apartments at their own risk.
- No pets are allowed at any of the holiday apartments.
- We have a non smoking policy. Please do not smoke inside the properties.
- No property may be occupied by more than the number specified
- The renter(s) and their guests must not make excessive noises on the property that may disturb the surrounding neighbours
- Where applicable, the Body Corporate Rules and Regulations must be observed
- Any failure to meet the above conditions (2-6) the tenancy will be cancelled and you will be required to vacate the apartment immediately.
- Where additional amenities such as swimming pools, gym, BBQ's etc are available, the use of any such additional amenities is entirely at the tenant’s risk. Accommodation Hawke’s Bay as representative of the owner, accepts no responsibility for any injury or loss to the guests or their belongings.
- Any printed, written or verbal description of the premises by the agent is made in good faith but on responsibility can be accepted.
- The agent, on behalf of the owners, makes all bookings in good faith. Regrettably at times the apartment that you have booked becomes unavailable, we will arrange alternative comparable accommodation and advise you accordingly.
Damages
- We accept that breakages and accidents do happen although damage to the property and/or its' furnishings and any cost of repair or replacement caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking, any damage or breakage must be reported immediately.
- Please note that we require a deposit/bond to confirm the booking and this is not refunded if the house is left in an unfit condition or loss or damages have occurred.
- The Tenant covenants on behalf of himself/herself and their entire guest staying in the apartment that nothing will be done by them which would in any way invalidate, adversely effect the validity of any insurance policy maintained by the owner.
Cleaning
Tenants are responsible for the holiday home during their stay and are expected to take all reasonable care of the apartment and at the end of the holiday leave it clean and tidy. This includes cleaning all utensils and equipment (dish washer provided), returning furniture and appliances to where they were on the guest's arrival and disposing of all rubbish. Accommodation Hawke’s Bay remind you that we will deduct reasonable charges for cleaning and tidying of homes from the bond if houses are not left in a satisfactory or tidy condition
Deposits
To secure a booking ;a 10% deposit is required at the time of reservation confirmation. This is a non refundable deposit.
Cancellation
A fee of 25% will be charged for any reservation cancelled within 14 days of expected arrival. A full charge will be made for any accommodation
cancelled within 48 hours of expected arrival. Penalties do not apply if booking is replaced.
If the tenant wishes to leave earlier than booked please note that they should not expect a refund.
Check in / Check Out
Check in time is at 2.00pm
Check out time is 10.00am
Any room required prior or after these times, will be subject to availability.
Keys will be provided to the apartment. Should the key be lost or not returned upon your departure, a $25 + GST lost key fee will be payable by renter(s).
Balance of Payment
The balance of your account is to be paid on the day of arrival when the keys are picked up. We accept cash, eftpos or credit card only (Visa or MasterCard).
